Yeah Linda, I think you should. Also when you are in Jordan make sure to visit Syria which is around three hours from Jordan by car. If you use your Jordanian passport then you won’t need a visa. You can also leave Amman in the morning tour Damascus and come back to Jordan on the same day. I did that once with my friends and it was loads of fun.
Ok before I go I leave with this wonderful Syrian photoblog

Thanks for the info Natasha, looks like a nice place to visit. Will add it to my endless wish list of places to visit.
okay i have to go there when i visit the middle east. it looks so pretty and relaxing. oh boy i cant wait!
Topless…sometimes you will find topless beachgoers in Sharm.
But that’s not its charm. In fact, in a few years, it will have lost its charm like the village of Basata has already.
It was a great place for diving and relaxing, but now its become a real estate development nightmare.
:*(
anyho…it’s the fourth resort destination in the world…
Eight million tourists visited Egypt this year. Most of em to Sharm.
Egypt is attempting to promote eco-tourism…let’s see how that goes.
Lol Luai, that’s hilarious. Ok take a look at this picture. This will drive you absolutely crazy. I’m sure… he he he I’m evil.
Beautiful pictures! I really enjoyed looking at them 🙂
I have heard great things about Sharm. I have it down as one of the places I would like to visit.
And you had to mention the casinos, didn’t you Natasha. Please don’t tell me they have roulette there…I have to stay at least 500 feet away from any casino entrance…judge’s orders 🙂
Well Jareer, Sharm el sheik is an Egyptian coastal city by the Red Sea. No, don’t worry it is nothing like Aqaba.
It is buzzing with life and filled with tourists from all over. The night life there is pretty wild, with its open air concerts, clubs and casinos! The place never sleeps. You can also take short tripss while you are there to the Sinai desert or to dahab among other places. You really should check it out. We were there last July and I wrote a post about it click here to read about the trip and see the pictures.
So, what’s special about “Sharm Ilshaikh” resort ? I keep hearing about it but never been there.
