So Bryan Adams was in Jordan! It seems like failed artists are finding a niche for themselves in the Middle East. EEEEEEEEEEEW what a horible picture they had of him in The Jordan Times.

There was an earthquake in Jordan this morning. I heard the news from my Jordanian colleagues as soon as I got to the office at 2:00 pm. I called my folks to check on them and they told me the funniest story.
Tania and Mom were in the house when it happened. They both felt it and Tania was like “Mom what was that?” Mom replies: “I bet that was the neighbour’s washing machine.”

Back to work after a wonderful vacation in Beirut where I skied for the very first time in my life.
The highlight of the day was a phone call from my friend Sandy who called from Amman. She said I was on her mind 🙂 She is also planning to come to Doha in March and will be staying with us for two days!! |
