Twelve more years?

My friend Firas is convinced that the four more years of the upcoming Bush administration will then extend eight more years to twelve! How is that possible? Well, he foresees W's brother, Jeb (the current governor of Florida) taking over and pushing through two more 'Bush' terms. Is it probable? Maybe, maybe not. Any insights?
